For example, he leveled the flooring in one corner of the building when another company didn’t even consider it in their bid. Justin did an absolutely fantastic job! We have quite a bit of square footage and he completed the project very quickly! I got three quotes and his quote was very reasonable. Great value. He tore out three large rooms of carpet and worked to continue the existing wood floor through those three rooms. He discussed our options and his recommendations for finishes. We went with a water-based finish for the new and existing floors. It looks outstanding! While he was here completing the larger wood flooring and refinishing project, we had him install LVP in a Jack and Jill bathroom and in a basement bathroom. Again, it was very fast and extremely well done. He was tidy and left our home clean every night.
Truly, I was not expecting to like the outcome as much as I do. Our house feels fresh and updated. The quality of his work is outstanding and he is just so nice. Our kids loved when he came to visit and he was also tolerant of our dogs. Very very great work, Justin! We couldn’t be happier.
